Scott Graham 38 of Cleveland, Ohio got charge with illegally intercepting and endeavoring to intercept wire and electronic communications. He intentionally intercepted and endeavored to intercept Internet email and computer keystrokes, without their knowledge. If he is convicted, he will sentence what will be determine by the Court after review of the factors. These factors include his prior criminal record.
